On June 16, the Industrial Estate Subcommittee under the Investment Infrastructure Committee (Chair: FUKUHARA Junji, Fujikura Electronic Components (Thailand) Ltd.) held its 2nd meeting of fiscal year 2026, featuring a hybrid lecture by Ms. Liu Haiying of Adecco Thailand titled “Winning in an Era of Rapid Growth in Chinese-Owned Companies.”


The lecture compared the recruitment strategies of Chinese- and Japanese-affiliated companies in Thailand. Ms. Liu emphasized the importance of showcasing the overall value of employment packages—including salaries, benefits, retirement plans, and employee development—as an effective approach for attracting and retaining talent.
