On June 10th, the Information & Communications Technology Division (Chair: Mr. KOBAYASHI Sadahito, NTT Thailand Limited) held its first meeting of fiscal year 2026, featuring a lecture by Mr. MURAKAMI Takeshi of Microsoft Thailand & Vietnam titled “Discussing GenAI and Data Utilization in Terms of Return on Investment.”


During the lecture, Mr. MURAKAMI shared Microsoft’s initiatives to leverage AI and data utilization to reduce time spent on non-value-adding tasks, enhance strategic thinking, and improve business performance. The presentation was followed by an active Q&A session and networking reception, where participants exchanged ideas and experiences.
